Captains Andy LoCascio and
Rich Tenreiro are joined by Peter Bordes and Mitch Wergiles in the prestigious
Manhattan
Cup Tournament sponsored by the
Fishermen's Conservation
Association. Along
with the most impressive field ever assembled, they take a long run to
Jamaica Bay and catch more keeper bass than the rest of the field. Don't miss the
amazing Hudson River shotgun start! If you have questions about any of the
equipment used during the show, please contact us
or send us a message.

The
Frabill net seen on this show
was model 8410 - 26"x30" PowerCatch Landing Net (Tangle-free knotless –
36” deep)
The large heavy mesh size (1 3/4”) makes this a good net for striped
bass, cod, bluefish, etc. This net can handle bunker spoons (which will
destroy lighter mesh) and resists bluefish teeth.
Another choice would be model 8415 26"x30" PowerCatch
Landing Net (tangle-free weighted – 38” deep). The mesh size (1
1/2”) makes this a good net for striped bass, cod, etc. The mesh has
less water resistance than the tangle-free knotless, but can be damaged
by bunker spoons and bluefish teeth.

| The boat used was a 28ft Triton
powered by twin 300hp Mercury Verados. This boat is the real deal.
With a deep-v hull and sharp entry, this boat will knife through big seas
that would leave most boats back at the dock. The deck layout
makes it the perfect platform for both inshore and offshore,
plugging, trolling, or fishing your favorite hot spot at anchor.
