Captains Andy LoCascio,
Rich Tenreiro, and John
Marino of
American Sportfishing
Charters (516 457-8715) join forces to get in on the fluke bite on the south shore of
Long Island. They field test the new 4oz and 6oz SPRO bucktails and
land some very impressive fish. They use a teaser rig designed for
whole squid baits and also demonstrate stemming techniques.
If you have questions about any of the
equipment used during the show, please contact us

| All the tackle used on
Northeast Angling is stored in
Ameripack tackle
systems. The Backpack Tackle system is used to get the tackle to
the fish! All the rods and reels are transported using the Rod
Pods and the Reel Locker. They insure that everything makes it to
the shoot in perfect condition. Their versatile Fly Boxes are also
used for bucktails and rigs. |

| The raging current made the net choice especially
critical. A
Frabill
Powercatch net with it's extendable handle was used and ensured that
none of the fish were lost at boat-side. This is a a great net that stores easily and all
you have to do is slide, lock and
load and it is ready to go! |
