Andy and Rich are joined by Triton pro-staffer Captain Tom Pitasi of Coastal Fishing Charters to compete in the prestigious 2-day Montauk Redbone tournament against some of the finest guides in the region.  The guys battle brutal conditions in pursuit of stripers, blues, and false albacore.  They use a variety of techniques in their attempt to come out on top.  If you have questions about any of the equipment used during the show, please contact us or  send us a message.

The raging current made the net choice especially critical.  A Frabill Powercatch net with it's extendable handle was used and ensured that none of the fish were lost at boat-side.  This is a a great net that stores easily and all you have to do is slide, lock and load and it is ready to go!
The boat used was a 2486CC Triton powered by twin 150hp Mercury Optimax engines.  This boat is one tough customer.
