Southern CT – Striper & Bluefish Diamond Jigging

Striper FishingCaptains Andy and Rich spend mid-November morning off the Connecticut shoreline experiencing incredible non-stop blitzes. Hundreds of screaming birds, and dozens and school striped bass and big bluefish, all on diamond jigs and teasers.

In addition to hosting the show, Captain Andy runs Long Island Fishing Charters and Captain Rich runs R&G Charters. Both boats leave port only minutes from these very same waters. They both spend the majority of their time in the western sound striped bass fishing.

“This is a bite I wait all year for!  I really enjoy chasing these fish and battling to find the schools with the biggest fish.  One important tip for all anglers is that if you find a school with a few big bluefish mixed in, it will always have some big stripers.” Capt Andy LoCascio
